beautiful Rocky Mountains
west of
Denver. We are committed to providing our clients the very best in
quality service. Most of our merchandise is hand-crafted in the US. You
can also find some of our merchandise at Mountain Mocha in Black Hawk
Colorado.

ensure the security and privacy of your transactions with us. Your
credit card information and other personal data will be treated with the
highest standards of safety, and confidentiality.
Timberline Creek is committed to ensuring the privacy of it's customers.
We keep confidential any information entered during ordering and
registration. Our website is protected using SSL technology to prevent
unauthorized viewing of your personal or order information.
Timberline Creek does not loan, sell, or in any way distribute the
names, email addresses, personal information, or credit card information
of any of it's customers.
During the course of business, we do collect customer traffic patterns
and general demographic information for analysis. None of this
information can be traced to an individual customer.
As a service to all customers registered on our mailing list, we may
periodically send emails with announcements of sales, special offers, or
new products being added to our site. In the event you wish to be
removed from our mailing list, please send us an email to

Our web site may contain links to web sites operated and maintained by
third parties, over which we have no control. Privacy policies on such
linked sites may be different from our privacy policy. Accessing linked
sites is at your own risk.
LAYAWAY 90 DAYS Please
contact us to order.
A minimum deposit, 15% of the amount of your purchase, is
required. You have 90 days to finish paying for the item you have set
aside. Please note: Items must be payed for in full, including
shipping charge, before shipped. At any time you feel you cannot
continue with this purchase, please contact us. For credit card
purchases, you will be refunded your funds minus 15% plus $20 per
transaction ( this is the credit card processing fee. ) If paying
by check, you will be refunded, minus 15%. Items will not be
shipped until check has cleared.
Return Check Policy
In the event of
insufficient funds, buyer will be liable for all bank and attorney fees.
WARRANTEE & RETURNS
Timberline Creek warrantees it's merchandises to be free from defects in
materials and construction for a period of 30 days from the date of
purchase. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, Timberline Creek will
evaluate the extent of the defect and determine the appropriate action,
which may include a refund of the purchase price, or replacement of the
item, or substitution for an item of equal or greater value. The options
made available to the customer will be based upon the extent of the
defect and assumes the item is found to be defective under normal,
non-commercial household use. Please contact us before returning items.
This warranty also does not cover lost or stolen items or defects
caused by accidents, fire, or misuse, including but not limited to
improper cleaning with harsh cleansers or detergents, neglect, abuse,
alteration, or use in commercial establishments. Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
SHIPPING
& RETURNS
Our merchandise ships Standard from Central City Colorado. Most items are kept
in stock and are shipped within 3 business days of your order.
Out of stock items and special orders may require an additional 4-8
weeks to ship. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be
notified of the backorder time before processing your order.
Orders usually arrive 5 to 7 business days after the ship date. Note:
deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday during regular working
hours. Pl ease be sure to have someone present to accept delivery during
the time window provided by the carrier. Timberline Creek is not
responsible for stolen items left unattended , or financially
responsible for delays beyond any estimated ship dates you may be
quoted.
We use extreme care when packaging our merchandise. In the unlikely
event that a package arrives damaged ( dented, torn, crushed, etc. )
please note this at the time of arrival. Refuse delivery of any
merchandise that is visibly damaged. If damage is discovered after the
delivery, please save all packaging materials and contact us within 2
days of date of delivery. In the case of noted damage, Timberline Creek
will file all necessary claims, and send replacements to you. In the
case of concealed damage the customer may be asked to provide photos to
document the damage, and the options made available to the customer will
be based upon the extent of the damage. Please contact us before
returning merchandise. We can not cancel an order once it's been
shipped.
